- Keep unit clean and uncontaminated

- The device and the laser applicators must not be cleaned or come in contact with strong bases or acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons (e.g. tetracloroetilene, trichloroethylene…) or ketonic hydrocarbons (acetone).
On a weekly basis
- Check the air filter in the handpiece. Clean if necessary
On a monthly basis
- Check the casing, screen and power cord for damage
- Replace the power cord if damaged
- Clean the air filter on the base of the unit, wash the gauze in water and dry with paper or other towel
- Remove the grille A holding it firmly with one hand;
- Remove the filter B;
- Clean the filter B with running water and dry thoroughly;
- Replace the filter B;
- Replace the grill by pressing A forcefully, be careful that the notch narrower C is positioned as shown (towards the emission lamp)
- Clean the unit and handpiece including the optics, with a soft cloth dampened in non-flammable, non-alcoholic disinfectant detergent. Clean with a clean cloth. Be careful not to contaminate the optic unit with detergents or disinfectants during the cleaning process.
Annual maintenance
These procedures should be performed by qualified personnel authorised by manufacturer.
- check the electrical safety of the device (resistance of protective conductor, leakage current, etc.)
- general checkup of the device
- inspect the power cord, replace it if it shows signs of wear
- check output of the laser source
